  • What happens after I’ve submitted a request?

    A customer success personnel will reach out to you through your email address or phone number to discuss your project and how we can make it a success.



    All necessary negotiations are done at this level before a payment invoice is sent.

  • Why do you ask an extra fee for the Pro package?

    By default, we offer you an excellent service regardless of the package, but to ensure that we meet up with the demands of the Pro package, we deploy extra resources which will cost us a lot more.

  • How do you handle payments?

    We handle payments via PayPal.

  • What’s the difference between a Regular and a Pro package?

    With a Regular package, you will get an excellent service, a dedicated customer success personnel, and your job will be delivered within a period 3 days.



    With a Pro page you will get the same as a Regular package plus the following benefits; 10% of every extra work, extra consultation on your project, delivery as soon as possible.

  • How do you send our deliverables?

    We can send via email or phone depending on the channel through which we are communicating with you.

    We can also upload on Dropbox for projects with large size.
